After the official cancellation of Scalebound, Xbox One owners were given reason to fear that other games may end up getting the chop, namely Crackdown 3.
It’s been a long time since we’ve seen or heard anything about Crackdown 3 so it’s not totally unreasonable to worry that Microsoft may axe the game and cut its losses. Well, the good news is that we don’t have to worry anymore: Microsoft has confirmed to PCGamesN that Crackdown 3 is “still on track” in terms of development.
Furthermore, Microsoft’s head of Xbox, Phil Spencer, has recently tweeted about his play sessions of the game saying that it’s the best Crackdown experience he has had, going on to say “agent control, world is very alive, diverse enemies, really fun.” The chief has also had a quick look at Phantom Dust, too, and it seems that game is also doing well. We’ll take all of this as good news.
